In a small-group setting you will learn stretching and strengthening exercises to alleviate common shoulder, neck and back problems. We will focus specifically on how to stretch muscles in the front of the body, and ‘wake up’ muscles of the middle and upper back, uncovering the appropriate muscle groups to help support and soften your shoulders and improve your overall posture. You will gain greater self-awareness and learn techniques that you can apply not just to your yoga practice but to your everyday life.
I am scheduling most clinics right before or after some of my Hatha classes the last week of April. (We will be doing a mellow Yin sequence in my Hatha classes that week, so if you’re one of my students no need to worry about doing two classes in a row!) All classes will cover the same topics. $25/class; pre-payment required to reserve your spot.
