Through gentle self-love based awareness exercises and a full circular breath, we allow the body-mind to teach us what it needs, what it knows about our lives and how we can be happier and more creatively engaged with it. We use the language of the body – breath, touch, sound and movement – to enter into a healing conversation, release old pain patterns or experiences and become more available to the present moment. This workshop will include your intentions, offering practical skills and a supportive space to connect and unwind.
Please wear comfortable clothes to breathe in. Also, bring a soft mat to lie on (or if you just have a sticky mat, you can bring blankets to fold on top of it) a water bottle, your journal if you have one, a blanket and two pillows.
Andrea Hill has been a clinical bodyworker for over twenty years. She has a BSci in Sports Medicine and has worked in physical therapy, chiropractic and fitness settings. Her spiritual path has led her toward intuitive movement in relationship to Life Energy and her love for this process has become the inspiration for her work.
