The Calm Before Christmas Class with Natasha
Join us for a mind-calming, energy-balancing practice of slow breathing and relaxing postures to slow down your heart rate, relax your nervous system and balance your energy level. Top it off with 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra–this ancient method of guided relaxation is a power nap with benefits! (You may remember Natasha from last winter’s popular Yoga of Knitting Workshops!)

Yuletide YINyasa with Marta
We’ll warm up our muscles in the first half of the class with a simple Vinyasa flow appropriate for all levels, and then melt into some luxuriously long Yin stretches for the second half of the class to help us unwind and reconnect to our inner peace that is so crucial at this time of year.
