Are you a Vinyasa student that loves to flow but would like a bit mellower of a practice for the middle of the work day that doesn’t leave you sweaty or ready for a nap? Join us for one more 4-week Slow Flow Yoga Mini-Session!
Delfina Bonilla Lopez will lead us through four lovely Slow Flow practices on Wednesdays, April 3, 10, 17 & 24 from 12-1pm that will improve your flexibility, balance and core strength, as well as lower your stress level in the midst of your day. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and refocused, ready to face the rest of your day with a new-found sense of equanimity. Modifications will be offered for postures to make them easier or more challenging, so this class is appropriate for all levels.
