Have you always been curious about Pilates but haven’t taken a class yet? Try something new in the New Year and join us for a 4-week mini-session of Stott Pilates on the mat!
Pilates and Yoga Instructor Rachel Yu will guide us through four 1-hour sessions on Saturdays 10-11am, Jan 12, 19, 26 & Feb 2, which will focus on form, technique and core stability. Build strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury or building bulk.

Rachel has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and teaching for five years. She began her Stott Pilates training in 2012, and has completed Mat, Reformer, Chair and Barrels. She experienced significant changes in her body in a short period of time practicing Pilates–greater core strength, increased flexibility in her spine and decreased pain in her low back and hips.
