Try something new in February and join us for a 4-week Slow Flow Yoga Mini-Session!
Delfina Bonilla Lopez will lead us through lovely Slow Flow practices on Wednesdays, February 6, 13, 20 & 27 from 12-1pm that will improve your flexibility, balance and core strength, as well as lower your stress level in the midst of your day. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and refocused, ready to face the rest of your day with a new-found sense of equanimity. Modifications will be offered for postures to make them easier or more challenging, so this class is appropriate for all levels.
Delfina is the owner of Enforma Fit, which provides personal training and nutrition coaching services. She has been teaching yoga for the past two years, and is currently certified in levels 1, 2 and 3 through YogaFIT. She has been taking yoga classes at The Yoga Room since 2012.
