Share a private session with up to 3 other people and have the opportunity–whether you are fairly new to yoga or are more experienced–to ask questions that you aren’t able to during your regular class and to make sure you are doing postures correctly.

We will go over the postures (asana) that we see most often in our yoga practice–and that students often have the most challenges with: Warriors, Plank/Chaturanga, Cobra/Upward Dog, Pigeon, 1/2 Moon and more. I will check your alignment, show you modifications where needed, and answer any questions you may have. $30.
Back Strengthening & Spinal Alignment
Wednesday, October 7 – 2:30-3:30pm
Rounded upper back & shoulders? Forward head position? Back strain? Poor posture? This class is for you! I’ll check your alignment, show you how to properly sit up straight, and give you some exercises to improve your posture. Yes, I’ll be bringing out my dowel! ;) $30.
