Congratulations, you now have your very own Perimenopause Plan! Thank yourself for making the time to do something important for your health and well-being. Hopefully you are feeling more empowered with all these helpful resources.
As I mentioned at the beginning of the guide, this has been a passion project for me. There were so many things that I wished I had known earlier that I feel could’ve made a difference in my quality of life going through perimenopause. My sincere hope is that everything I’ve learned can benefit you now and make your perimenopausal experience easier.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions, and let me know how your perimenopause plan is working for you. And if you found this e-Guide helpful, would you be so kind as to share it with your family and friends on social media? The more we can normalize talking about perimenopause with other women, the easier I think the experience will be for ALL women going forward.
As I mentioned before, I've spent countless hours over the past decade doing my own research about perimenopause. Some of the information in this e-Guide was gathered during conversations with doctors, pharmacists, acupuncturists and friends. Mostly I read a lot of books, blog posts, articles and newsletters. I also listened to podcasts and took online courses. Whatever the manner, there is a quite a list of people and sources I am indebted to for the information I learned over the past 10 years that subsequently helped me in putting together this guide:
