If you are you craving some peace, quiet and solitude, I warmly invite you to use the studio for a Personal Retreat. Practice yoga (I recommend with one of my audio sessions, or add on a private yoga session with me), meditate, journal, read, spend time in contemplation or even take a nap. The main yoga studio with cork floor is available to you, as well as the carpeted loft space, which includes a small desk.
