As the CEO (Chief Everything Officer) of my own business--as well as a Highly Sensitive Person and eldest daughter brought up to be a people-pleaser and perfectionist--I’ve experienced chronic stress and overwhelm in my life. Through my own self-care journey I learned how to take better care of myself and am now a firm believer in daily self-care, setting healthy boundaries and the power of self-compassion. These tools have changed my life for the better, and I know they can yours too. That's why I created my Self-Care MasterClass: to share my own self-care journey, help you discover the obstacles standing in the way of your self-care, and teach you simple strategies for living the life that you want and deserve.
