When a private yoga client walked into my studio recently and said, “This is my sanctuary,” it stayed with me. In times like these, we all need a space to pause, reset, and feel supported. That’s why I’m offering intimate Mini Retreats (in-person + Zoom)—a chance to step away from the chaos of the world and reconnect with yourself in a calm, nurturing environment. What you'll experience:

* Soothing Yin/Restorative Yoga
* Calming Breathwork + Vagus Nerve Exercises
* Restful Yoga Nidra 'Nap'

You'll leave feeling relaxed, more resilient, and equipped with simple tools for everyday life. This intimate experience is limited to 6 participants.
