Summer is a season full of activity; we want to get in as much fun as we can while the weather is nice. Which means that our yoga practice should be a complement to this: slowing us down, cooling us off, giving us a chance to relax and just be. Put the screens away, close your eyes and turn your focus inward as I skillfully guide you through this series of 'chill' audio classes. Choose to have either a 60-75 minute Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin* yoga class--all recorded by yours truly--delivered to your inbox weekly. Each class is available for you to stream for 1 week with the intention of helping to keep you motivated and committed to your yoga practice.
Enjoy on-demand access of my Video Library for all enrolled students to use at their convenience during the 8-week course. There are now over 2 dozen videos in the library ranging from 20-75 minutes in length!
This summer our Interactive module will include the option of both Zoom and Outdoor components! If the weather is nice, I'll schedule a pop-up poolside yoga class that week. If the forecast is looking 'iffy' I'll schedule a Zoom mini-class.

Yin Yoga has been coined the "quiet practice". A variety of leg, hip, back and shoulder stretches are held for 3-5 minutes in an attempt to go deep into the muscles and connective tissue of the body. Use breath and awareness as tools to cultivate mindfulness and deep relaxation.
