2020 has been a bumpy ride, to say the least. There has been so much going on in the world and, no matter who you are, each one of us has been impacted somehow. At the beginning of the year I had been looking forward to 2020 being a much-needed year of self-care. Obviously, it didn’t turn out that way. But I did my best to still give myself and my students relief from stress, tools for health, and a weekly ‘anchor’ to some semblance of normalcy. Six months of brand-new course content culminates here with '7 Weeks of Wellness,' a multi-faceted yoga course full of self-care sequences for cultivating greater self-discipline (and self-compassion); acknowledging the importance of relaxation; fostering healthy habits; starting (or strengthening) a meditation practice; and so much more. Make the commitment to do something good for yourself--and close out 2020 on a more positive note.

Put the screens away, close your eyes and turn your focus inward as you are expertly guided through this series of 7 audio classes. A new 60-75 minute yoga sequence is delivered to your inbox weekly and is available for you to stream for 1 week with the intention of helping to keep you committed to your weekly practice--just as if you were coming to a weekly in-person class. Choose to stream (Christy's) Hatha or Vinyasa sequences or (Christina's) Yin sequences.

Yin Yoga has been coined the "quiet practice". A variety of leg, hip, back and shoulder stretches are held for 3-5 minutes in an attempt to go deep into the muscles and connective tissue of the body. Use breath and awareness as tools to cultivate mindfulness and deep relaxation.
