Need the structure of a weekly-scheduled class? Want your yoga teacher to keep a good eye on your form? Join me LIVE via Zoom each Monday at 4:30pm EST where I will teach a 30-minute sequence previewing each week's Better Posture theme, as well as offer individualized posture advice. Join live or access the recordings at your convenience through the end of the course.

Take what you learned from the Live classes and now put the screens away, close your eyes and turn your focus inward as I skillfully guide you through your weekly audio class. Choose to have either a (60-75 minute) Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin yoga class delivered to your inbox each week. Each class is available for 1 week with the intention of helping to keep you motivated and committed to your yoga practice.

Gradually increase strength and flexibility while relieving stress and tension. AM Hatha: A more energizing class to help wake you up and set a positive tone for your day. PM Hatha: A calming, slower-paced class to help you unwind at the end of your day.

Ann Arbor's Original Vinyasa! This alignment-enhanced style of Vinyasa offers a practice that is fluid and fun, but at the same time safe and sustainable. Increase your strength, flexibility and memory in this heat-building style by learning the sequence and then flowing on your own!


Good for all levels, especially those wanting a great stretch.

Yin Yoga has been coined the "quiet practice". A variety of leg, hip, back and shoulder stretches are held for 3-5 minutes in an attempt to go deep into the muscles and connective tissue of the body. Use breath and awareness as tools to cultivate mindfulness and deep relaxation.
