Summer is a season full of activity, which means that we need a yoga practice that is a nice balance to this: slowing us down, cooling us off, giving us a chance to relax and just be. Benefit from the structure of a weekly-scheduled class by joining me LIVE via Zoom each Monday at 4:30pm (ET) where I will teach a 30-minute sequence previewing each week's soothing Yoga Chill theme. If you can't make the live class you can access the recordings at your convenience throughout the course.

Put the screens away, close your eyes and turn your focus inward as I skillfully guide you through your weekly audio class. Choose to have either a 60-75 minute Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin yoga class delivered to your inbox each week. Each class is available for 1 week with the intention of helping to keep you motivated and committed to your yoga practice.

HATHA

Great for beginners and those wanting a moderately-paced practice.

The perfect balance between effort and ease. My Hatha classes include plenty of strength-building, dynamic poses and balances--but also plenty of time for calming stretches and restorative poses to help you relax and unwind.

VINYASA

Best for students in good physical condition or with prior yoga experience.

Ann Arbor's Original Vinyasa (yes, really)! My alignment-enhanced style of Vinyasa offers a practice that is fluid and fun, while also safe and sustainable. Increase strength, flexibility and memory in this heat-building style by learning the sequence and then flowing on your own!

YIN

Good for all levels, especially those wanting a great stretch.

Yin Yoga has been coined the "quiet practice". I guide you through a variety of leg, hip, back and shoulder stretches that are held for 3-5 minutes in an attempt to go deep into the muscles and connective tissue of the body. A lovely practice to cultivate mindfulness and deep relaxation.
