Ongoing Yoga Classes
We take a unique approach with our weekly yoga classes by designing 2-4 month sessions around a speciļ¬c theme -- Journey Through the Chakras, Spring Cleaning for Body & Mind, Yoga for Core Strength & Balance, etc. -- for students who want a more in-depth, enriching yoga experience. Class sizes are smaller here--a maximum of 7 students--than at the average yoga studio so that each student receives the attention they deserve. New students are welcome at anytime; see pricing information at the bottom of the page.

The Wisdom of Yoga
September 9 - December 21
It's time to dive deeper into your yoga practice! In this 15-week session we will immerse ourselves not just in our physical yoga practice but in the philosophy behind it and how we can use that to live more meaningful, compassionate & joyful lives. Wisdom from the Eight Limbs of Yoga and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga will be woven throughout classes so that we can reap all the benefits our yoga practice has to offer: physical, mental & emotional.

Hatha
Great for beginners and
those wanting a more
mellow practice.
Gradually increase strength and flexibility while relieving stress and tension. AM Hatha: a more energizing class to help you wake up and set a positive tone for your day. PM Hatha: A calming, slower-paced class to help you unwind at the end of your day.
Vinyasa
Best for students in good
physical condition or with prior yoga experience.
This alignment-centered style of Vinyasa offers a practice that's fluid and fun, but at the same time safe and sustainable. Increase your strength, flexibility and memory in this heat-building style by learning the sequence and then flowing on your own!
Private
Great for new students, those with injuries, or those who wish for more individual attention.
Private sessions are tailored to your unique needs, whether you are a beginner or more advanced student, and can help you progress faster than in a group setting. Click HERE for more details about private sessions.
Yin
Good for all levels,
especially those wanting
a great stretch.
Yin Yoga has been coined the "quiet practice". A variety of leg, hip, back and shoulder stretches are held for 3-5 minutes in an attempt to go deep into the muscles and connective tissue of the body. Use breath and awareness as tools to cultivate mindfulness and deep relaxation.

While we sometimes offer discounts to Facebook followers, we do not discount our classes on Groupon, Living Social, or other coupon platforms. We are committed to ensuring the best possible experience for our students, and stand by the high quality of our classes.

Please inquire about opportunities for free yoga classes in exchange for helping out at the studio in various ways (teaching, cleaning, office work, IT, graphic design, gardening) or for other barters like bodywork, etc.
