What are heat levels like in yoga classes?
This is not a hot yoga studio. I strive to keep the studio at a moderately comfortable temperature for most people year-round. Students are encouraged to wear layers and regulate their own body temperature.
Can I attend your Yoga Book Club?
Yes! My Book Club meets in February, May, August + November in my home or poolside (Zoom option available) for meaningful conversation. Bring a dish to pass for a healthy vegan potluck! FREE to current private and ‘Live+Virtual’ online students; non-students warmly welcomed, $10.

I do! Aqua Yoga private + semi-private sessions take place in the summer months in my heated pool adjacent to the yoga studio.
