This is an opportunity to touch base and ask any questions you might have about yoga postures, class sequences, or specifics on how to improve your spinal alignment. Based on what is discussed, we’ll be moving a little so dress appropriately! ;) If you can’t join live but have questions, feel free to email them to me beforehand and I will make sure to answer them during the Clinic. All enrolled students will receive a link to the recorded session.
