I’ve been asked to post the meditations that we’re doing at the end of class each week on my blog. Here is the Mountain Meditation from last week, which is good for anxiety and stress in particular:
Visualize a mountain, how solid and stable it is, in the face of the ever-changing weather and environment. Then draw that image down into your body, sensing how solid and stable your posture is. “Breathing in, I feel myself as a mountain. Breathing out, I feel stable.”
