Earth Day Tree Planting Project 2009
Each year Yoga Serves volunteers at an Ann Arbor park for Earth Day. This year, Yoga Serves members returned to the Leslie Science Center where we cleared brush and planted some more native trees and shrubs.
Fall Chore Day – Neighborhood Senior Services

Tending Local Gardens
Yoga Serves members tended to a recently planted rain garden at the entrance to Bird Hills Nature Area, which helps to mitigate water erosion problems. We also got to take a leisurely walk through the woods!
Earth Day Tree Planting Project 2008
A small group of us did some work in the gardens and planted some native shrubs and trees at the Leslie Science Center in Ann Arbor, and then stayed afterwards to enjoy their Earth Day festivities!
