Earth Day Tree Planting Project 2009
Each year Yoga Serves volunteers at an Ann Arbor park for Earth Day. This year, Yoga Serves members returned to the Leslie Science Center where we cleared brush and planted some more native trees and shrubs.
Fall Chore Day – Neighborhood Senior Services
Yoga Serves members helped out some local senior citizens in our community by raking their leaves and checking the smoke alarms in their homes.

Tending Local Gardens
Yoga Serves members tended to a recently planted rain garden at the entrance to Bird Hills Nature Area, which helps to mitigate water erosion problems. We also got to take a leisurely walk through the woods!
