The Simple Truth Everyone Needs To Know

I am currently reading the book, The Way of Integrity, by Martha Beck. I wanted to share what she writes at the end of the chapter titled The End of Self-Betrayal:

You are infinitely worthy.

You are infinitely precious.

You have always been enough.

You will always be enough.

There is no place you don’t belong.

You are lovable.

You are loved.

You are love.

So good, and something we may not have been told often enough in our life. So let this be your reminder now. Take a moment to read it again–and really soak it in. It is the TRUTH.
