October is Menopause Awareness Month. In recognition, I want to share this short 20-minute video that you can do if you are one of the countless women who suffer from hot flashes during this time of life. It includes some nice, calming breathwork and yoga poses that you can practice in the midst of a flash, or anytime you need to cool down.
