This past weekend Daniel Koster, LMT, joined 10 yoginis for a YogAlign Workshop where he introduced us to some different breathing techniques and modifications for yoga postures that will help us have better posture on and off the mat. Here are a few testimonials from workshop participants:
“I found the workshop to be helpful. It reinforced your method of teaching, in that poses can be adjusted to fit individual needs and capabilities.”
“I thought it was great! I agree with you that there is so much more to learn – kind of like the more you learn, the more you realize you don’t know. I did like it that Daniel went around and checked our position and made adjustments. I also liked that he started with some more basic concepts and then got more complex. I think it was good that he spent some time at the beginning teaching us the background and history, that gave us a perspective that seems kind of important for overall understanding.”
“I enjoyed the workshop, and felt it was a good introduction to the YogAlign method. Daniel’s passion about the technique was obvious, and he really paid attention to the class, offering individual feedback, which I thought was great. Thanks for having the workshop! My back actually did feel better afterward, and I am very grateful to both you and Daniel!”
