All the classes I teach–whether in-person private sessions at The Yoga Room or in my ‘Live+Virtual’ online yoga course format–are designed for students who understand the benefits of a long-term yoga practice, and are ready to make the commitment to a weekly class. My classes are mindful, tranquil and alignment-based (even Vinyasa) so that students can build a sustainable practice. If you prefer to just drop in to classes occasionally or want to do super-fast yoga to loud, pop music in a sweaty room, my classes are probably not the right fit for you.
