The Yoga Room and its classes are designed for students who understand the benefits of a long-term yoga practice, and are ready to make the commitment to a weekly, year-round class. Students enroll in a full 2-4 month wellness-themed session at a time to have consistency in their practice and to see the most benefits. Yoga Room classes are mindful, tranquil and alignment-based (even Vinyasa) so that students can build a sustainable practice. Students are required to manage their cancellations and make-ups classes in the online booking system. If you are looking to just drop-in to classes occasionally on short notice or want to do super-fast yoga to loud, pop music in a sweaty room, The Yoga Room is probably not the right fit for you.
