The Yoga Room and its classes are designed for students who are ready to make the commitment to an ongoing, weekly class. Students are strongly encouraged to register for a full session to have consistency in their practice and to see the most benefits. Our classes are mindful, tranquil and alignment-based (even Vinyasa) so that students can build a sustainable practice. Students are required to manage their cancellations and make-ups classes in the online booking system. If you are looking to just drop-in to classes occasionally on short notice or want to do super-fast yoga to loud, pop music in a sweaty room, The Yoga Room is probably not the right fit for you.
