Life can often feel overwhelming, and it can sometimes be challenging to create space–literally and figuratively–for self-care. When you don’t have the time or budget for a full weekend retreat but need some space for quiet introspection, I warmly invite you to do a Personal Retreat at The Yoga Room.
During your Personal Retreat you can practice yoga (I recommend with one of my audio sessions, or inquire about adding on a private yoga session with me), meditate, journal, read, spend time in contemplation or even take a nap. The main yoga studio with cork floor is available to you, as well as the carpeted loft space, which includes a comfy reading chair and small desk. See pictures below.
Please bring your own yoga mat, props, and anything else you will need during your personal retreat. The studio is equipped with a UV-light air purifier.

Each additional hour over 2 ~ $25/$20*
