How many classes a week should I take?

Doing yoga can build bone and muscle strength and increase flexibility as we age, and taking a class once a week is great–but did you know that you need to practice 5-7 days a week to see sustainable results? If you need a little support hitting that goal, I can help. Take some private classes with me, enroll in one of my ‘Live+Virtual’ online yoga courses, or purchase my ’15 Minute Yoga for a Better Body’ self-paced video course of seven 15-minute videos (one for each day of the week) to stretch what’s tight; strengthen what’s weak; improve your posture and balance; relax your body; and calm your mind.
