I am passionate about guiding people along their path toward a healthier, more conscious lifestyle. As the founder of The Yoga Room (twice voted Best Yoga Studio in Ann Arbor), and a Yoga and Wellness Educator with more than 20 years of experience, I love exploring the topics of yoga, self-care, plant-based diets, aging gracefully, women’s health + perimenopause, yoga for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and more through virtual and in-person classes, private sessions, retreats, workshops, seminars, podcasts, interviews and articles. I support people in improving lifestyle habits, achieving optimal wellness and living better in their body.
I was recently published in both an online blog and e-zine, produced a customized ‘Yoga at Your Desk’ video for an international online symposium, taught a Wellness seminar for entrepreneurs at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and was also featured in an article on HSP Female Business Owners.
